Paxton Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Another excellent Cabernet from one of the modern day pioneers of organic farming in McLaren Vale. Ample proof that the region isn't just famous for Shiraz and Grenache.
Youthful red purple. Minty dark berry with hints of smoky oak and peppery spice. Intensely flavoured, with bright raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, mocha oak, and varietal notes of menthol and eucalypt. Deep, ripe and fleshy.
