If you don’t like the wine, we’ll refund you.
We started this business because we genuinely love good wine — and we want you to feel the same about every bottle you order from us.
So, here’s the deal:
If something’s not quite right — whether it's a corked bottle or you just didn’t enjoy it — get in touch. We’ll make it right. That could mean a refund, a replacement, or store credit — whatever works best for you.
You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to let us know. We won’t make you jump through hoops.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
1/9 Ballow Rd, Dunwich, North Stradbroke Island, QLD, 4183.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
