Coates The Blanc de Blancs 2018

This Blanc de Blanc has great body and rich lingering flavours of pear, ripe citrus, toasted almond, almond paste and nougat. Some fresh red apples dipped in butterscotch lingers on the palate amongst a luxurious body and fine bubbles.  

Man of many talents, winemaker Duane Coates gives a nod to old world styles in a pragmatic and transparent manner. Creating varietally driven, wines that are true to the Australian terroir.
