Sweet and velvety wine, made with Pedro Ximénez grapes harvested in mid-August and laid out in the sun for about seven days, to concentrate all its sugars. After pressing, a sweet must was obtained and left to rest for more than a year, in stainless steel tanks. A natural jewel full of sensations that seduces those who enjoy it.

Striking amber with copper edges. Medium intensity in which the aromas of raisins, figs and honey are the protagonists, along with a liqueur background and a hint of caramel and the vegetal freshness of the stems. Sweet, silky, with moderate acidity and final vegetable bitterness that balances the sweetness and fills it with sensations. It is an excellent wine to enjoy alone or with desserts, blue cheeses, dried fruits and pastries.
