Toolangi Chardonnay 2022 is a premium white wine produced in the Yarra Valley region of Victoria, Australia. This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which were carefully selected from the estate's single vineyard located in the cool-climate Yarra Valley. The vineyard has an altitude of around 200-250 meters and is planted on a north-facing slope, which allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop complex flavours.

The nose of this Chardonnay is filled with aromas of citrus, pear, and white peach, complemented by hints of toasted oak and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a creamy texture and lively acidity. Flavours of ripe stone fruits and citrus are balanced by subtle oak notes and a mineral finish.

This wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, giving it a rich and complex flavour profile. It is best served chilled and pairs well with grilled seafood, roasted chicken, and creamy pasta dishes.
