Great mild vintage for the allowing for flavours to slowly build, with excellent acid retention to aid in the wine's freshness styling DNA. Perfumed violets, spice and black cherry on the nose. Blackberry and spice with super fine firm tannins on a long elegant palate. Great example of Barossa hills fruit. A lovely bistro table wine.
